De opdracht omvat: Levering van: • BHV- en EHBO-opleidingen, inclusief herhalingen, maatwerk in opleidingen, herhalingen, oefeningen en certificering. • Organisatie en evaluatie van ontruimingsoefeningen (minimaal 2 per locatie per jaar). • Ondersteuning bij veiligheids- en continuïteitsplanvorming, inclusief audits en risicoanalyses. • Beheer, keuring en vervanging van BHV-, EHBO- en AED-middelen. • Digitaal registratiesysteem voor beheer, planning, communicatie en rapportages. Met deze aanbesteding wil gemeente Venlo een uniforme, toekomstbestendige en aantoonbaar effectieve BHV-organisatie realiseren en continueren, waarbij veiligheid, handelingsbekwaamheid en bedrijfscontinuïteit centraal staan. De opdracht omvat het leveren van complete dienstverlening op het gebied van bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV), EHBO, opleiden en oefenen, planvorming, veiligheidsvoorzieningen en aanverwante werkzaamheden zoals bijvoorbeeld veiligheidsscans en audits, voor diverse locaties van de gemeente Venlo. De nadere inhoudelijke uitwerking van de opdrachtomvang, waaronder: • het overzicht van de betrokken locaties en hun functies, • het aantal BHV’ers, ploegleiders, ontruimers en EHBO’ers, • de (voorlopige) aantallen opleidingen, herhalingen en oefeningen, • de bestaande veiligheidsmiddelen zoals AED’s en evac chairs, • en overige relevante context en uitgangspunten, is opgenomen in bijlage 9. Deze bijlage maakt integraal onderdeel uit van de aanbestedingsstukken.
