Description

Aanleiding Momenteel ligt het bestaande beheer en onderhoudscontract voor het Physical Security Information Management (hierna: PSIM) systeem van de gemeente Utrecht bij opdrachtnemer Croonwolter&dros B.V. Het contract PSIM systeem, in gebruik bij de meldkamer Stadskantoor Utrecht, loopt op 31 mei 2026 af. Voornemen tot gunnen De gemeente is voornemens om een nieuwe opdracht ‘uit de hand te gunnen' aan Croonwolter&dros B.V., statutair gevestigd te Rotterdam voor een periode van maximaal tien jaar. De overeenkomst wordt op 1 juni 2026 aangegaan voor een initiële periode van vijf jaar en kan éénmaal voor een periode van vijf jaar worden verlengd. De maximale opdrachtwaarde bedraagt voor de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst € 595.000,- (exclusief BTW). Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
