Description

In het kader van deze Aanbesteding is Opdrachtgever voornemens financiële coaching 18-/18+ voor het PRO/VSO en ISK in te kopen. De Opdracht wordt geplaatst door de gemeente Amsterdam en Samenwerkingsverband voortgezet onderwijs Amsterdam-Diemen gezamenlijk. De gemeente is voor deze aanbesteding aanspreekpunt. De gemeente Amsterdam vindt het belangrijk dat jongeren voldoende voorbereid zijn op de financiële verantwoordelijkheden die zij krijgen wanneer zij 18 jaar worden. Gemeente Amsterdam beoogt een opdracht te verstrekken aan één aanbieder voor het geven van financiële coaching op het PRO/VSO en ISK. Zij zoekt daartoe een partner die Financiële coaching kan bieden aan kwetsbare leerlingen bij de overgang van 18- naar 18+. Het gaat daarbij in ieder geval om het delen van kennis over en de ondersteuning bij het aanvragen van: Zorgverzekering Toeslagen, waaronder zorgtoeslag DigiD Bankpas (zaken) Vergunningen Tegemoetkoming scholieren Studiefinanciering OV- producten BSN Woningnet Kennis vergroten sociale kaart (onder andere buurtteam, jongerenpunt, etc) Basiskennis over juridische zaken zoals boetes en fraude ….. Naast het ondersteunen/ coachen bij het aanvragen bij bovenstaande is het doel ook om de jongeren financieel zelfredzamer te maken door het vergroten van het netwerk van jongeren en waar mogelijk ook een warme overdracht. Buiten de scope van deze opdracht valt: Budgetcoaching op mbo-scholen (hier is een andere raamovereenkomst voor); Financiële educatie op VO-scholen (hier is een andere raamovereenkomst voor).
