De gemeente Den Haag (hierna: de gemeente) is van plan om een raamovereenkomst voor vier jaar af te sluiten met betrekking tot de sociaal en medische advisering. De sociale en medische adviezen zullen bij de Opdrachtnemer worden aangevraagd door de verschillende afdelingen/diensten van de gemeente Den Haag, die belast zijn met de uitvoering van vermelde wetten en regelingen. Ook de afdeling Juridische Zaken kan, in het kader van bezwaarschriftenprocedures, in sommigen gevallen een nieuw sociaal en medisch advies aanvragen. De inzet van de sociale en medische advisering heeft tot doel te komen tot een juiste bepaling van het recht op de aangevraagde (maatwerk)voorziening of vergoeding. De sociale en medische adviezen hebben betrekking op de fysieke situatie van de aanvrager en kan ook betrekking hebben op de mentale situatie van de aanvrager (psychodiagnostiek).
