Description

De primaire doelstelling is de studenten een ervaring te bieden waarover ze jaren later nog steeds zullen praten. Voor Fontys is de doelstelling breder. Naast dat studenten naar huis dienen te gaan met een wow-gevoel (kwaliteit), dient er een opkomst van minimaal 7.000 eerstejaars studenten te zijn (kwantiteit) en dienen de Purpledagen veilig te verlopen (veiligheid). Naast de introductie binnen de eigen opleiding, omvat Purple twee programma-onderdelen: 1. Stadsdagen 2. Purple Festival Deze twee programma-onderdelen heten tezamen Purpledagen. De scope van deze aanbesteding betreft deze Purpledagen. Deze vinden altijd plaats in de laatste week van augustus. Voor iedere editie wordt steeds (opnieuw) een budget beschikbaar gesteld. Als indicatie: voor 2025 is het budget € 557.500 euro inclusief btw (dit bedrag is exclusief de kosten voor het vervoer van en naar de festivallocatie en de communicatie, die Fontys voor haar rekening neemt). Voor deze aanbesteding dient Inschrijver uit te gaan van hetzelfde bedrag voor 2026. Dit kan echter nog wijzigen.
