Description

Het doel van de opdracht is om de gemeente op een doelmatige, transparante en rechtmatige wijze te ondersteunen bij het vinden en inzetten van gekwalificeerd personeel (o.a. detachering, ZZP en uitzenden), tegen marktconforme tarieven, met minimale administratieve lasten en maximale grip op kwaliteit en kosten. Vanaf 1 juli 2026 wil de gemeente hiermee voorzien in een rechtmatige en beheersbare inhuurconstructie die voldoende flexibiliteit biedt om in te spelen op wisselende capaciteitsbehoeften en bijdraagt aan de continuïteit van haar dienstverlening. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht voor de komende vier jaar, bedraagt op basis van de huidige inhuurvolumes en verwachte ontwikkelingen circa € 30.000.000- exclusief btw.
