Description

Deze openbare Europese aanbesteding heeft tot doel het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één of meerdere opdrachtnemers per Perceel ten behoeve van de Inhuur agrarisch personeel t.b.v. de proefbedrijven van Open Teelten van Wageningen Plant Research (WPR). WPR heeft verschillende proeflocaties verdeeld over Nederland. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in Percelen en elk Perceel vertegenwoordigt een andere proeflocatie. Deze keuze is gemaakt op basis van de geografische locaties van de proefbedrijven. De Opdracht is onderverdeeld in de volgende Percelen: Perceel 1 - Lelystad (inclusief Nagele); Perceel 2 - Vredepeel. Aanbestedende Dienst beoordeelt en gunt de Opdracht per Perceel aan de Inschrijver die de Inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (PKV) heeft gedaan. Per Perceel worden een of meer afzonderlijke Overeenkomsten gesloten. Elke Overeenkomst wordt afgesloten met looptijd van vier (4) jaar ingaande op 1 juli 2026 met de mogelijkheid voor Opdrachtgever de Overeenkomst na een (1) jaar met een opzegtermijn van drie (3) maanden te beëindigen. De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd conform de Europese Richtlijn 2014/24/EU, voor Nederland omgezet in de Aanbestedingswet 2012 zoals gewijzigd per 1 juli 2016 (AW).
