HVC is op zoek een naar een Broker die erin gespecialiseerd is Interim Professionals, bijvoorbeeld Zzp'ers of Detacheringskrachten, te werven/sourcen, voor te selecteren en in te zetten bij HVC, inclusief het contracteren en het afhandelen van de administratieve processen en het mitigeren van verschillende juridische, financiële en operationele risico’s. Inschrijver dient bij uitvoering te voldoen aan de eisen gesteld in het Programma van Eisen, Bijlage 9. De Broker handelt namens HVC richting de markt. HVC heeft een partij voor ogen die de gehele markt van potentieel aan te bieden Kandidaten kan bestrijken. Het zwaartepunt van onze inhuur ligt bij de afdeling Projecten, die ten behoeve van geheel HVC voornamelijk technische projecten uitvoert, bijvoorbeeld voor onze business unit Warmte, welke zich toelegt op de ontwikkeling en aanleg van voornamelijk warmtenetten en geothermiebronnen. Functies/rollen die veelvuldig worden ingehuurd zijn Plant/Maintenance Engineers, Projectmanagers/-leiders, Werkvoorbereiders en Directievoerders. Daarnaast vindt er enige inhuur van professionals plaats binnen overige bedrijfsonderdelen en ondersteunende diensten, zoals bij HR, Communicatie, Financiën en Juridische zaken. De Broker wordt ten behoeve van HVC verantwoordelijk voor onder andere de volgende processen: - sourcing, preselectie en contracteren van gekwalificeerde Kandidaten door een brede marktontsluiting; - contractmanagement t.a.v. Leveranciersovereenkomsten en Nadere overeenkomsten, screening, leveranciersmanagement, dossiervorming; - urenregistratie en (centrale) facturatie; - (management)rapportages.
