Met het afsluiten van de Raamovereenkomsten willen de Aanbestedende diensten een samenwerking en partnerschap tussen de Aanbestedende diensten en de Opdrachtnemers realiseren. Perceel Basisraming 4 jaar 1 € 2.500.000 excl. btw 2 € 5.152.000 excl. btw, Perceel 1 betreft de reguliere inhuur van uitzendkrachten tot en met schaal 8 voor gemeente Oldambt. Structurele werving voor reguliere dienstverbanden, tijdelijk of vast, valt buiten de scope. Functies in schaal 9 en hoger vallen eveneens buiten dit perceel. De inhuurbehoefte kan onder meer ontstaan door capaciteitsgebrek, ziekte of zwangerschapsverlof en tijdelijke extra capaciteit. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om voor de tijdelijke inhuur van personeel tot en met schaal 8 betrouwbare en professionele samenwerkingspartners te contracteren. Hiermee wil de gemeente Oldambt leidinggevenden en de organisatie ontlasten in het proces van tijdelijke inhuur en tegelijkertijd zorgen voor een snelle en passende invulling van tijdelijke personeelsbehoeften. De gemeente streeft naar een duurzame samenwerking met partijen die de organisatie en haar behoeften kennen, afspraken nakomen en waarop gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst kan worden gebouwd.
