Description

Het voorwerp van de aanbestedingsprocedure is een Opdracht in de vorm van een Overheidsopdracht voor het leveren Digitaal dossier en klantportaal JGZ. De Overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd tot 1 januari 2031 (circa 4 jaar na volledige ingebruikname per 1 januari 2027) met driemaal een optionele verlenging van 2 jaar. De maximale, totale looptijd bedraagt derhalve 10 jaar. De beoogde contracteerdatum is 2 december 2025. Deze ingangsdatum is indicatief, zodat daar geen rechten aan ontleend kunnen worden jegens de Aanbestedende dienst. Op basis van de gewenste looptijd van 10 jaar vanaf livegang zal het totale voorzienbare inkoopvolume, inclusief voorzienbare doorontwikkelingskosten voor 10 jaar, circa € 1.500.000,-bedragen exclusief BTW.
