De gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel is onder meer verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de vrijverval riolering, hoofdrioolgemalen en subgemalen. We willen de markt uitdagen, zo krijgen de inschrijvers een optimale kans om hun onderscheidende kwaliteiten te tonen. Voor dit contract zijn wij op zoek naar een partner die samen met ons het geleerde verder in praktijk brengt en gretig is om samen verder te leren en dit uit te bouwen. We dagen de markt uit en de lat ligt nu hoger. Het maximale bedrag van deze raamovereenkomst is € 750.000,-- voor de eerste contractperiode van 2 jaar.
