Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren van een nieuwe datacenterleverancier die in staat is om te voldoen aan de huidige en toekomstige behoeften van De Connectie door het leveren van hoogwaardige housingdiensten. Met deze aanbestedingsprocedure wil De Connectie een opdracht verstrekken aan een leverancier die dual datacenterhousing kan bieden die voldoet aan strenge eisen op het gebied van capaciteit, veiligheid, flexibiliteit en duurzaamheid. De geselecteerde leverancier zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het voorzien in fysieke ruimte, stroom, koeling, connectiviteit en beveiliging. De Connectie zal gebruik maken van deze faciliteiten door hun eigen servers en opslagapparatuur in de aangeboden racks te plaatsen. Uitgangspunt betreft housing in een (1) datacenter met daarnaast, op termijn, een vrijblijvende optie voor een tweede housing datacenter (dual concept) mochten toekomstige ontwikkelingen hier aanleiding toe geven. De Connectie is voornemens om een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor de duur van 5 jaar met aanvullend drie keer een optie tot 2 jaar verlengen. Op basis van de gegevens uit de huidige situatie wordt uitgegaan van een opdrachtwaarde van €320.000,- excl. btw per jaar op basis van 8 racks. De verwachte kosten van een eventuele co-locatie wordt ingeschat op €195.000,- excl. btw per jaar.
