De opdracht betreft het leveren van ICT-Hardware voor de locaties van Attendiz. Opdrachtnemer voert de opdracht uit conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1A en 1B. Opdrachtnemer voert de opdracht uit conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1A. Attendiz beschikt over een eigen ICT-helpdesk en supportafdeling. Opdrachtnemer dient zijn servicepunt, communicatie en ondersteuningsprocessen af te stemmen op deze bestaande helpdesk- en supportorganisatie. Scope perceel 1: • Laptops • Desktops • Chromebooks Onderstaande categorieën behoren optioneel tot de scope van deze aanbesteding. Attendiz heeft de mogelijkheid om producten uit deze categorieën af te nemen, maar kan deze producten ook elders afnemen: • Monitors • Dockingstations • Mini PC tbv touchscreens • Oplaadkasten voor Chromebooks/ laptops • Accessoires (zoals toetsenborden, muizen en koptelefoons) Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten; De opdracht betreft het leveren van ICT-Hardware voor de locaties van Attendiz. Opdrachtnemer voert de opdracht uit conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1B. Attendiz beschikt over een eigen ICT-helpdesk en supportafdeling. Opdrachtnemer dient zijn servicepunt, communicatie en ondersteuningsprocessen af te stemmen op deze bestaande helpdesk- en supportorganisatie. Scope perceel 2: • iPads • iPhones Onderstaande categorieën behoren optioneel tot de scope van deze aanbesteding.
