Description

De gemeente Apeldoorn vernieuwt haar bereikbaarheid en ontwikkelt een modern, toekomstgericht Contactcentrum dat inwoners en medewerkers soepel en efficiënt ondersteunt. Met deze aanbesteding wordt een flexibele, toegankelijke, schaalbare en omni-channel Contact Center oplossing gerealiseerd die aansluit bij een digitale en klantgerichte dienstverlening. De beoogde Cloud Contact Center oplossing vormt een solide basis voor verdere groei en kan worden uitgebreid naar andere servicepunten binnen de organisatie. De gemeente heeft als doel om op basis van deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012 te komen tot een overeenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor een Contact Center oplossing. De gemeente is voornemens een overeenkomst af te sluiten, voor de duur van drie (3) jaar met de mogelijkheid deze tien (10) keer met één (1) jaar te verlengen.
