Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van een geschikte bouwteampartner; een aannemer met aantoonbare inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring, voor de integrale en duurzame vervanging van de riolering en de vernieuwing van de openbare ruimte voor de Rivierenbuurt in Bergen op Zoom. De gemeente zal daartoe met één partij een bouwteamovereenkomst sluiten voor de ontwerp- en bestekfase. Aan het eind van de bouwteamfase is de intentie om een aannemingsovereenkomst op basis van de UAV 2012 (versie 2025) te sluiten. De aannemer die de bouwteamfase doorloopt krijgt het recht van het doen van de eerste aanbieding. Daarmee kan naar aanleiding van onderhavige aanbestedingsprocedure zowel de bouwteamfase als de uitvoeringsfase gegund worden. In dit project wordt duurzaamheid breed benaderd. Hieronder vallen oa de volgende thema’s: vergroening en biodiversiteit, klimaatadaptatie, circulair en biobased bouwen, energiezuinige infrastructuur en Schoon en Emissieloos Bouwen. Zie aanbestedingsstukken De aanbestedende dienst, de gemeente Bergen op Zoom (hierna: de gemeente), besteedt de opdracht “Bouwteam reconstructie Rivierenbuurt” aan mid¬dels een Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding conform de gewijzigde Aanbestedingswet 2012 (Wet van 1 november 2012, gewijzigd 1 juli 2016) en het Aanbestedingsreglement Werken 2016 (ARW 2016). 1
