Description

De opdracht omvat de civieltechnische werkzaamheden (aanleg openbare ruimte) rondom de bouwblokken Kappa, Omega, Zirro en Schouls (samen goed voor 1000 appartementen). Deze bouwblokken worden gefaseerd door de ontwikkelaars opgeleverd, waarna de bijbehorende openbare ruimte wordt ingericht. De werkzaamheden betreffen onder meer: •Aanleg gescheiden rioolstelsel; •Aanleg van WADI’s, inclusief drainagevoorzieningen; •Realisatie van nieuwe watergangen incl. verbinden d.m.v. duikers; •Aanleg van bovengrondse infra, waaronder trottoirs, rijwegen, laad- en loszones, parkeerplaatsen (o.a. in vlechtverband) en fietsparkeerplekken. •Aanleg en voorbereiding van groenvoorzieningen, waaronder grondverbetering, voorbereiding voor bomenaanplant, heesters, oeverbeplanting en de inrichting van groenvakken. •Realisatie van verblijfsvoorzieningen. •Coördinatie van leveranties derden en specialitische objecten.
