Description

Betreft levering van Deep Brain Stimulation (BS) implantaten met alle bijbehorende niet-implanteerbare toebehoren, om de definitieve lead te plaatsen bij de patiënt. Daarbij gaat het om zowel oplaadbare (95%) als niet-oplaadbare DBS implantaten , met een totale geschatte waarde van 7,7 miljoen euro over een periode van 4 jaar binnen een consignatie overeenkomst. Binnen Radboudumc worden jaarlijks ongeveer 95 DBS implantaties verricht, waarbij er een verwachte groei is van 10-20 patiënten per jaar extra. Levering van DBS implantaten inclusief toebehoren welke technisch geschikt zijn voor patiënten waarbij / voor wie het hebben van de mogelijkheid tot het instellen van het DBS systeem op geleide van MRI-scans of andere beeldvormende technieken gewenst/benodigd is.; Levering van DBS implantaten inclusief toebehoren welke technisch geschikt zijn voor patiënten waarbij / voor wie het hebben van de mogelijkheid tot het instellen van het DBS systeem op geleide van signalen (local field potentials - LFP's) gewenst/benodigd is.; Levering van DBS implantaten inclusief toebehoren welke technisch geschikt zijn voor patiënten waarbij / voor wie het hebben van de mogelijkheid tot het instellen van het DBS systeem op geografische afstand gewenst/benodigd is.
