Description

De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven voor de aanbesteding van Distributie en levering van Brood en Banket De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (AW). De opdracht betreft het op afroep distribueren en leveren van Vers Brood en Vers Banket aan afleverlocaties van de Aanbestedende dienst, verspreid over Nederland en 1 locatie in Munster Duitsland (zie aanbestedingsstukken) voor zowel de “witte” als operationele catering. Buiten scope van de opdracht vallen bakkerij artikelen en ingrediënten, belegde broodjes en voedingspakketten. Een uitgebreide beschrijving van de opdracht vindt u in Bijlage 4: Programma van Eisen. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een periode van 48 maanden. De opdracht moet worden uitgevoerd volgens de conceptovereenkomst zoals gevoegd bij deze leidraad als bijlage. Op de overeenkomst zijn uitsluitend de ARIV 2018 Defensie als algemene voorwaarden van toepassing.
