Description

Het renoveren van gebouw SL2. De renovatie van SL2 willen wij middels een bouwteam aanbesteden. 1. Bouwteamfase In april 2024 hebben wij een integraal ontwerpteam (IOT) gecontracteerd. Dit IOT heeft tot en met december 2024 een Definitief Ontwerp plus c.q. Concept Technisch Ontwerp - Bestek (‘DO plus/Concept TO’) uitgewerkt voor de renovatie van SL2. Dit DO plus/Concept TO is recent herijkt. In de bouwteamfase is het DO plus/Concept TO het startproduct voor de aannemer (de winnaar van deze aanbesteding) om samen met het door ons gecontracteerde IOT het DO plus/Concept TO uit te werken tot een (definitief) Technisch Ontwerp - Bestek (TO). 2. Uitvoeringsfase In de uitvoeringsfase zal de aannemer de renovatie van SL2 verzorgen inclusief alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden. ca 9.000 m2 BVO De renovatie van SL2 willen wij middels een bouwteam aanbesteden. Doel Met de renovatie willen wij bereiken dat het gebouw voor een periode van 10 tot 15 jaar gebruikt kan worden om te voorzien in de groeiende huisvestingsbehoefte van diverse onderzoeksgroepen van de faculteit Bètawetenschappen in het noordwesten van het Utrecht Science Park. Een deel van deze groepen komt uit het Hugo R. Kruytgebouw, dat vanwege de aankomende herontwikkeling leeg gemaakt moet worden. ca. 9.000 m2 BVO
