Description

DBFM contract is oorspronkelijke aanbesteding: DBFM-overeenkomst A27/A1 Aansluiting Utrecht Noord - Knooppunt Eemnes - Aansluiting Bunschoten-Spakenburg De wijziging betreft het laten opstellen van nieuwe ontwerpen voor alle beginpunten van de geleiderail binnen het A27/A1 areaal waar deze nog niet voldoen aan de ROA 2019 en de bijbehorende ROA Veilige Inrichting van Bermen (VIB). Deze richtlijnen bevatten vernieuwde, botsveiligere beginpunten. Hoewel het niet verplicht is om bestaande (voor 2019) geleiderails direct aan te passen, spreken Rijkswaterstaat (OG) en 3Angle (ON) af dat voor alle verouderde beginpunten een nieuw ontwerp wordt gemaakt volgens de huidige normen. Deze ontwerpen worden gebruikt om de beginpunten gefaseerd te vervangen bij schade of andere logische momenten, zodat het areaal stapsgewijs veiliger wordt. Zie hoofdopdracht.
