Description

Het project betreft de renovatie en gedeeltelijke nieuwbouw van de Keuringslocatie van RDW aan de Hollandhaven 11 in Nieuwegein. Deze Keuringslocatie maakt deel uit van het bredere programma ‘Huisvesting RDW Keuringslocaties’, waarin meerdere Keuringslocaties worden gemoderniseerd om te voldoen aan de toekomstige eisen voor het keuren van voertuigen. De Keuringslocatie in Nieuwegein wordt verduurzaamd om te kunnen inspelen op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen, waarbij de bestaande vloer en afmetingen van de keuringshal behouden blijven. De nadruk ligt op het verbeteren van de faciliteiten en installaties, zodat nieuwe technologieën en keuringsprocedures kunnen worden ondersteund. zie leidraad: ca. 1300m2 Sloop, bouwkundig, constructief en terrein (inclusief vaste inrichting); Installaties (elektrotechnisch en werktuigbouwkundig) voor gebouw en terrein
