Het gebouw waar de cleanroom in gehuisvest gaat worden heeft een volume van circa 50 x 45 meter in vier bovengrondse bouwlagen. De bouwkundig aannemer wordt gevraagd het gebouw te realiseren conform de ontwerpstukken. Bestaande onder andere uit: • Fundering; • Bouwkundig skelet; • Daken; • Gevel; • Binnenwanden,vloeren, plafonds (m.u.v. de cleanroomwanden, -plafonds en vloeren); • Trappen; • Vaste inrichting; • De loopbrug Het globaal programma van eisen van het gebouw omvat: • Cleanroom: NO 1.200 m2 • Laboratoria: NO 1.230 m2 • Kantoren: NO 580 m2 • Ondersteuning: NO 700 m2 Het nieuwe cleanroomgebouw wordt een gebouw met vooral laboratoria en technische ruimten.
