The Board of the Lowys Porquinstichting intends to award a contract for the integrated management and maintenance of its property portfolio in the Netherlands. The contract consists of a multi-year services agreement for performance-based and price-oriented maintenance (PPGO) of structural works and technical installations, combined with an inseparable framework agreement for the execution of works arising from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP). The services agreement covers approximately EUR 3,200,000 in total over the base period, and the MJOP works framework agreement approximately EUR 6,000,000 in total over the base period.
