De (combinatie van) aannemer(s) is daarbij volledig verantwoordelijk voor zowel het bouwkundige als het installatietechnische deel van de opdracht. In de nieuwe situatie bedraagt het bestaande (te verbouwen) bouwdeel ca 683m2 BVO en het nieuwbouw gedeelte bedraagt ca 1.336m2 BVO.
