Description

P+R Kralingse zoom is een parkeergelegenheid langs de A16, bestaande uit een parkeerplaats op maaiveld en een parkeergarage. De huidige parkeergarage Kralingse zoom bestaat uit 7 verdiepingen, waarvan 2 kleinere vide verdiepingen en 5 volledige verdiepingen. Bij het ontwerp en de bouw van de parkeergarage (fase 1) is alvast rekening gehouden met een mogelijke verticale uitbreiding in de toekomst (fase 2). Deze Europese Niet-openbare aanbesteding handelt over de bovengenoemde fase 2: Het uitbreiden van / optoppen met 3 verdiepingen.
