Het revitaliseren (facilitair en energetisch) van de PI Heerhugowaard en het toekomstbestendig maken van technische (beveiligings)installaties, locaties Amerswiel en Zuyder Bos. o Fase 1: * Tijdelijke voorzieningen, Hoofdbouwplaats transporthof Zuyder Bos * Tijdelijke voorzieningen, bouwplaats H" transporthof Amerswiel o Fase 2, Aanbouw H met parallelle realisatie CMK, techniekruimtes en infra o Fase 3, Renovatie cellenvlakken Zuyder Bos en statische posten o Fase 4, Verkeersgebieden o Fase 5, Renovatie gebouw J o Fase 6, Aanpassingen Amerswiel Gevraagde disciplines: Bouwkunde, constructie, bouwfysica, bouwkundige (braak- en kogel-) weerstand, bouwkundige (brand- en rookwering), Elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkundige techniek, terreintechniek, beveiligingstechniek, ICT/data- en (netwerk)infrastructuur en installatietechnische (BMI/ OAI/ PZI/MAI) brandveiligheid, Interieurarchitectuur en interieurbouw. Het werk betreft een multidisciplinair project dat in de uitvoering op onderdelen verstoringen voor de primaire procesvoering van de gebruiker zal hebben. Om deze verstoringen en de daaruit voortvloeiende risico’s beheersbaar te maken gelden twee randvoorwaarden. - De éérste randvoorwaarde betreft de noodzaak om het werk op detail niveau te faseren. - De tweede randvoorwaarde betreft de noodzaak om per onderdeel van de fasering een gedetailleerd tijdspad te koppelen waar op basis van de inrichting haar procesvoering kan aanpassen. Tot de uitvoering van het werk behoren tevens minimale onderhoudsingrepen voor bouwdelen C en E. Deze bouwdelen staan op de nominatie om gesloopt te worden en herbouwd. Voor de mogelijk toekomstige sloop en nieuwbouw van bouwdelen C en E is een herzieningsclausule opgenomen.
