De opdracht betreft het bouw- en woonrijp maken van Gebiedsontwikkeling De Vliegbasis, gelegen in Soesterberg. Gebiedsontwikkeling De Vliegbasis is een nieuwe woonwijk met een omvang van circa 28 hectare. In totaal worden er circa 500 duurzame woningen (gefaseerd) gerealiseerd. Het project wordt als een succes beschouwd, wanneer het terrein passend bouw- en woonrijp is gemaakt, er rekening is gehouden met de natuurwaarden van het gebied (zo bevinden zich minimaal 15 beschermde diersoorten in het gebied) en er sprake is van een soepel proces (met een langjarige samenwerking met B.V. Hart van de Heuvelrug en de relevante stakeholders). EUR 1.500.000 per jaar
