Description

Selecteren van een bouwteampartner voor het in een bouwteam voorbereiden en in navolging daarvan uitvoeren van het renoveren en toepassen van een diameterverkleining van een gietijzeren persleiding van gemaal Statensingel (G0007) tot aan gemaal Heemraadsplein (G0003) in de gemeente Rotterdam. Deelproject 3 bestaat uit de renovatie van een persleidingsysteem in de Westlus van Rotterdam. Het bevat een Zuidelijk (deel A) en een Noordelijk deel (deel B). Het zuidelijke deel betreft het nodulair gietijzeren persleidingsysteem vanaf gemaal Statensingel (aangeduid als G0007) naar het gemaal Heemraadsplein (aangeduid als G0003). Het noordelijke deel betreft het persleidingsysteem vanaf gemaal West-Sidelinge (aangeduid als G0008) naar het samenvoegingspunt in het Zuidelijk deel bij de kruising Statensingel/van Aerssenlaan. In deze aanbesteding wordt enkel het zuidelijke deel (deel A) meegenomen en omvatten de werkzaamheden, in hoofdlijnen: • Het toepassen van diverse (renovatie)methoden: o cured-in-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) en, o buis-in-buis (BIB) en o via open ontgraven; • Verwijderen en/of vervangen diverse appendages uit de huidige persleidingen; • Verkleinen van de diameter van de persleidingen; • Realiseren/verbeteren van het samenvoegingspunt; • Het uitvoeren van bodeminspecties; • Toepassen van flora- en faunamaatregelen; • Coördinatie met raakvlakprojecten en werkzaamheden. De Aanbesteding van voornoemde werkzaamheden geschied in twee fasen. Een bouwteamfase en een uitvoeringsfase. De bouwteamfase is bedoeld om tot een gespecificeerd en uitvoerbaar ontwerp te komen voor de hiervoor benoemde werkzaamheden. In deze aanbestedingsprocedure wordt daarom eerst een partner gezocht om deel te nemen in het Bouwteam. Dit Bouwteam heeft de opdracht om een aantal producten op te leveren die gezamenlijk ‘het ontwerp’ vormen voor de formele uitvraag van de uitvoeringsfase. De Bouwteampartner mag vervolgens een aanbieding doen voor de opgestelde uitvraag. Indien deze geaccepteerd wordt zal de uitvoeringsfase volgen waarin de Bouwteampartner Opdrachtnemer is geworden voor de uitvoeringsfase.
