Projectomschrijving Op ons distributiestation DPS Appingedam gaan we de bestaande 4 rein-watertanks vervangen voor 3 nieuwe betonnen rein-waterreservoirs. De nieuwe reservoirs zijn qua oppervlak per stuk 20x30 meter. De buizenruimte is bij reservoir één en twee 5,2 bij 11,4 meter groot. Bij reservoirs 3 is de buizenruimte van dezelfde grootte als bij reservoir één en twee. Dit als voorbereiding op een eventuele 4e reservoir in de toekomst. De hoogte van de reservoirs bedraagt vloer tot onderzijde plafond 5 meter. De vloer is ca 40cm dik en het plafond ca 30 cm. De hoogte van de buizenruimte is ca 2,6m onder maaiveld en ca 8,4 meter boven maaiveld. De totale netto inhoud van elk reservoir is ca 2700m³ per reservoir. Onder de reservoirs worden ca 300 boorpalen aangebracht. De palen worden geboord tot een diepte van ca 22-23meter onder het maaiveld. Onderdeel van de aanleg is ook het aanbrengen van de vul en zuigleidingen naar elk reservoir. Deze leidingen 500mm in doorsnede worden aangesloten op het bestaande pompgebouw. In deze leidingen zijn buiten grond afsluiters opgenomen en in de leidingruimte komen hierin de specifieke appendages en instrumenten als regelbare afsluiters en onder andere druk en flow en drukmetingen. Ook de overstortleiding de leiding komt komen dan uit in de reservoirs op de daarvoor benodigde hoogten. Vanuit de reservoirs door de buizenruimte gaat er een overstortleiding rond 600mm achterlangs richting de aanwezige sloot. De reservoirs worden bestuurd vanuit onze bedrijfsautomatisering, de benodigde aanleg van bekabeling, hardware is ook onderdeel van dit werk. OM het werk in zijn geheel af te maken wordt het totale terrein van ca 80x130m volledig heringericht. Hierbij is aandacht voor bodemopbouw, functionaliteit, biodiversiteit en gebiedseigen inrichting. Het werk wordt in een 3-tal fasen uitgevoerd. Bouw reservoirs 1 en 2 in een keer, bouw reservoir 3 inclusief buizenruimte en als laatste fase afwerking van het terrein. De sloop van de bestaande reservoirs wordt door de opdrachtgever zelf uitgevoerd.
