Description

Invest-NL wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van internal auditopdrachten ten behoeve van de Internal Audit functie. De opdrachtnemer voert audits uit op basis van het door Invest-NL vastgestelde auditplan en levert specialistische auditexpertise op onder andere financiële processen, investeringsprocessen, informatiebeveiliging en ondersteunende bedrijfsprocessen. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer het uitvoeren van audits, rapporteren van bevindingen en aanbevelingen en het ondersteunen bij de opvolging van auditbevindingen. De dienstverlening wordt op afroep uitgevoerd gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst. De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van internal auditopdrachten ten behoeve van de Internal Audit functie van Invest-NL. De dienstverlening wordt op afroep uitgevoerd op basis van het door Invest-NL vastgestelde auditplan. Invest-NL gaat uit van gemiddeld circa vier (4) internal audits per jaar, met een geschatte inzet van circa 100 tot 130 uur per audit, afhankelijk van de aard en complexiteit van de opdracht. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar bedraagt circa € 400.000 tot € 700.000 (exclusief btw). De maximale opdrachtwaarde over de totale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 700.000 (exclusief btw). De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten met één opdrachtnemer voor een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot tweemaal verlenging met één (1) jaar (2 + 1 + 1).
