Description

De doelstelling van de aanbesteding is één leverancier te contracteren die zorgt voor een zo efficiënt mogelijk proces voor het tijdig opleveren van de gevraagde controleproducten en het geven van concrete adviezen van goede kwaliteit tegen een goede prijs. De controleaanpak dient te voldoen aan zogenaamde “Nadere Voorschriften Controle- en overige Standaarden”(NV COS) die door de Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants zijn vastgesteld. Het “Onderwijsprotocol OCW” beschrijft het te hanteren referentiekader, het accountantsonderzoek en de gewenste accountantsproducten. De omvang van de Opdracht is gericht op de uitvoering van de controlewerkzaamheden gericht op boekjaren 2026, 2027 en 2028. De Overeenkomst kan daarna nog driemaal met één jaar worden verlengd (controle boekjaren 2029 t/m 2031).
