Description

Het hoofdonderwerp van deze aanbesteding is invulling geven aan de controle, certificerende functie en adviesfunctie aan de raad en/of het college van burgemeester en wethouders. Voor het hoofdonderwerp wil de gemeente voor een vaste prijs per jaar invulling laten geven aan een correcte uitvoering van de wettelijk voorgeschreven accountantscontrole. Hiernaast kan een beroep worden gedaan op de accountant voor additioneel te leveren dienstverlening, wat op regiebasis wordt afgerekend. In deze opdracht worden onder accountantsdiensten de volgende hoofdwerkzaamheden verstaan, welke onder een vaste jaarprijs worden uitgevoerd: 1. Controle en Certificerende functie: deze is gericht op het verstrekken van (goedkeurende) verklaringen (inclusief een vast bedrag per Single information Single Audit, hierna SiSa). Dit betreft de controle van de jaarrekening, het uitvoeren van interim/tussentijdse controle en het leveren van een auditplan en managementletter; 2. Adviesfunctie gemeenteraad; 3. Adviesfunctie college van B&W en ambtelijke directie.
