Description

De opdracht bestaat uit vier onderdelen. In de aanbestedingsleidraad staat een algemene beschrijving van deze onderdelen. Bij het definiëren van de opdracht is op hoofdlijnen beschreven wat MBO Utrecht verwacht. De accountantswerkzaamheden dienen jaarlijks uit te monden in een rapportage ter verantwoording aan het ministerie van OC&W. MBO Utrecht verwacht dat inschrijver gebruikmaakt van moderne technologieën, waaronder data-analyse en waar passend kunstmatige intelligentie, ter ondersteuning van de controlewerkzaamheden. De inzet van deze technologieën dient bij te dragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van de opdracht. Eventuele voordelen in termen van efficiency, doorlooptijd of kwaliteit worden besproken in het kader van de jaarlijkse evaluatie van de dienstverlening. Aan de inzet van technologie worden geen afzonderlijke resultaatsverplichtingen of kwantitatieve prestatienormen verbonden. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten
