Stadswerk072 is voornemens een nieuwe raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer te sluiten voor advies en uitvoering van (milieukundige) bodem- en verhardingsonderzoeken. Stadswerk072 wenst het opbouwen van een goede samenwerking met de opdrachtnemer om kwalitatief goede onderzoeken en adviezen te verkrijgen voor het verantwoord voorbereiden en uitvoeren van haar onderhouds- en vervangingswerkzaamheden aan de openbare ruimte. Veiligheid, kosten en duurzaamheid zijn hierin belangrijke aspecten. Doelstellingen voor de komende jaren zijn zodoende het opbouwen van een duurzame en effectieve samenwerking met een deskundig adviesbureau, het stimuleren van kennisontwikkeling binnen de organisatie en het verhogen van kwaliteit en continuïteit. U wordt van harte uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan deze aanbesteding. De geraamde waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt circa € 200.000,- exclusief btw per jaar. Voor de maximale looptijd (inclusief verlengingen) bedraagt dit € 800.000,- exclusief btw. Deze raming is gebaseerd op historische en verwachte afnamegegevens en dient uitsluitend ter indicatie. Ter waarborging van flexibiliteit en om eventuele toekomstige ontwikkelingen op te kunnen vangen, is een veiligheidsmarge opgenomen. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt daarmee € 1.000.000,- exclusief btw (exclusief indexering). Voor meer informatie verwijzen we u naar de selectieleidraad.
