De Raamovereenkomst beheer en onderhoud asfaltverhardingen ten behoeve van de gemeente Den Haag omvat zowel groot als klein onderhoud van asfaltverhardingen en heeft als doel de kwaliteit van de wegen binnen de gemeente Den Haag te waarborgen. De uit te voeren werkzaamheden, waaronder schadeherstel, het vervangen van asfaltlagen en preventief en correctief onderhoud, zijn nader omschreven in bestek nummer 2026.762.001: "Raamovereenkomst beheer en onderhoud asfaltverhardingen", zie Bijlage 3. Binnen de RAW-Raamovereenkomst worden deelopdrachten verstrekt. Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen in het wegenet van de gemeente Den Haag. Per deelopdracht wordt de locatie van het werkterrein schriftelijk (in bijvoorbeeld de vorm van een deelopdracht met werktekening en tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelentekeningen) aan de opdrachtnemer bekent gemaakt.
