Description

De aanbestedingsprocedure heeft als doel om door middel van gunning een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één (1) leverancier voor het onderhoud en de aanleg buitengroen en buitenterrein. De uitvraag zoals Hogeschool Rotterdam deze uitzet is onder te verdelen in drie categorieën. 1. Planmatig periodiek onderhoud op basis van locatie specifiek onderhoudsrecept (wat Hogeschool Rotterdam uitvraagt) 2. Regie onderhoud 3. Aanleg projecten Het betreft zowel onderhoud als aanleg van buitengroen en buitenterrein. Hogeschool Rotterdam zal onder de Raamovereenkomst een totaal geraamde waarde van maximaal €2.000.000 (exclusief BTW) afnemen. De totale opdrachtwaarde bedraagt op basis van historische gegevens gemiddeld € 235.000 excl. BTW per jaar. Aan deze opgave kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden. Met het oog op politieke, economische, budgettaire, organisatorische en/of bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen en de hiermee samenhangende groei en krimp van Hogeschool Rotterdam is het mogelijk dat het aantal locaties en andere specificaties waarop de Raamovereenkomst betrekking heeft kan uitbreiden, krimpen of wijzigen. Deze ontwikkelingen kunnen van invloed zijn op de omvang van de Raamovereenkomst Inschrijvers dienen hiermee rekening te houden.
