Description

De opdracht betreft het groen- en terreinonderhoud op de AWZI’s, de Rioolgemalen en de kantoren (Waterschapshuis, Larserbos, Emmeloord) Dit betreft onder andere maaiwerkzaamheden, onkruidbestrijding, snoeiwerkzaamheden, boomonderhoud, plantvakonderhoud, et cetera. De totale opdrachtwaarde van de overeenkomst bedraagt €2.000.000,- exclusief BTW en €2.420.000 incl. BTW. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het selecteren (conform gestelde selectie-eisen, programma van eisen en het gunningscriterium beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV)) en het contracteren van een leverancier voor het groen- en terreinonderhoud van Waterschap Zuiderzeeland (hierna te noemen Aanbesteder of ZZL) waarbij rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid, duurzaamheid en kostenbeheersing voorop staan. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is opgebouwd op basis van de huidige jaarlijkse uitgaven, vermenigvuldigd met de maximale looptijd van 8 jaar, verwachte uitbreiding van het areaal, duurzaamheidsambities, biodiversiteit en onvoorziene omstandigheden. Deze raming sluit aan bij de proportionaliteit en biedt ruimte voor toekomstige beleidswijzigingen. De totale opdrachtwaarde van de overeenkomst wordt geschat op €2.000.000,- exclusief BTW en €2.420.000 incl. BTW.
