Concessie Kweek lisdodde Burkmeer De projectdoelstellingen staan beschreven in het PvE, het bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het geschikt maken van de Burkmeer polder voor het kweken van Lisdodde; - Het kweken van Lisdodde t/m 2025 (30 ha); - Het natuurlijk beheren van de polder (51 ha); - Het zorgen voor een zo duurzaam mogelijk eindproduct binnen de Amsterdamse markt; - Een vaste looptijd van 5 jaar met een verlengingsoptie van aansluitend 5 jaar.
