Het onderwerp van deze aanbesteding is de datagedreven controleaanpak. De NLPO is voornemens een geïntegreerde en toekomstbestendige controleaanpak in te richten voor 81 samenhangende publieke entiteiten (80 lokale omroepen en de NLPO). De NLPO streeft naar een controleomgeving waarin gegevensuitwisseling, data-analyse, rapportage en governance op een uniforme wijze plaatsvinden.
