Description

De Veiligheidsregio Utrecht (VRU) is op zoek naar een leverancier die de diverse locaties binnen de VRU kan voorzien van audiovisuele middelen en standaard presentatieschermen. Op dit moment gaat het om 56 locaties, maar het is niet uitgesloten dat in een later stadium tijdens de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst ook andere locaties voorzien dienen te worden. De initiële omvang van de Opdracht is als volgt: - 46 x 75 inch schermen inclusief ophangsysteem; - 10 x 85 inch schermen inclusief ophangsysteem; - 13 x all-in-one hybride videoconference systeem; - software t.b.v. hybride vergaderen (licensies/beheersoftware). De Aanbestedende Dienst heeft de intentie om audiovisuele middelen en standaard presentatieschermen in te kopen. De Aanbestedende Dienst is daarom op zoek naar een Leverancier die de diverse locaties binnen de Veiligheidsregio Utrecht kan voorzien van audiovisuele middelen en standaard presentatieschermen. Op dit moment gaat het om 56 van de 70 locaties die voorzien dienen te worden van audiovisuele middelen. De Aanbestedende Dienst sluit niet uit dat in een later stadium tijdens de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst ook andere locaties voorzien dienen te worden.
