Bizob besteedt aan namens de gemeenten Bergeijk, Bladel, Cranendonck, Eersel, Maashorst, Meierijstad, Oirschot, Reusel-de Mierden, Veldhoven, Vught en werkorganisatie MijnGemeenteDichtbij. De overeenkomst bestaat uit de levering van inzamelzakken van 100% gerecycled LDPE voor: Plastic, Metaal, Drankenkartons (PMD) / Plastic, Blik en Drinkkarton (PBD). In het aanbestedingsdocument spreken we overwegend van PMD. Luiers en incontinentiemateriaal, in het aanbestedingsdocument aangeduid als: luierzak-ken. De opdracht betreft een samengevoegde opdracht, in zowel geografisch opzicht (clustering van gemeenten) als op productniveau (PMD-inzamelzakken en luierzakken). Het samenvoegen in geografisch opzicht zorgt voor een zo groot mogelijk volume van het in grote mate gestandaardiseerd product. Een groot volume heeft een positieve invloed op de prijs. Daarnaast kan er door de gezamenlijke aanpak centraal contractmanagement worden uitgevoerd. Door het samenvoegen is de opdracht voor meerdere partijen interessant en de afleverafstanden zijn beperkt, omdat bestellingen gecombineerd uitgeleverd kunnen worden. In deze markt zijn hoofdzakelijk grote spelers werkzaam. Om de opdracht ook toegankelijk te maken voor het MKB is deze verdeeld in percelen. De opdracht wordt onderverdeeld in de volgende percelen: - Perceel 1: PMD-zakken (geel) - Perceel 2: Luierzakken - Perceel 3: PBD-zakken (oranje) Per perceel wordt er per gemeente met één opdrachtnemer een overeenkomst aangegaan. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal twee jaar en maximaal zes jaar. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomsten is: 1 maart 2027
