De gemeente Zaanstad wenst een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met een Opdrachtnemer die inwoners ondersteunt bij het treffen van isolatiemaatregelen aan hun woning. De gemeente Zaanstad vindt het belangrijk dat één herkenbaar bedrijf het langdurig vertrouwd aanspreekpunt is voor bewoners. Eén campagne schept een eenduidig en langdurig herkenbaar beeld. Om inwoners financieel te ondersteunen bij het treffen van isolatiemaatregelen aan hun woning kunnen twee subsidieregelingen van toepassing zijn: Volkshuisvestingsfonds 1 (VHF1) en Volkshuisvestingsfonds 3 (VHF3): VHF1: Subsidieregeling Verduurzamen Woningen Zaandam Oost 2024 - 2028: Omvang subsidie: ongeveer 250 woningen verduurzaamd naar label B of met 3 labelstappen. De beschikbare lopende resterende subsidie is ongeveer € 3,1 miljoen voor isolatiemaatregelen voor de woningeigenaren en VvE’s. De looptijd van de subsidieregeling is van juni 2025 tot en met 31 december 2028 of totdat het subsidieplafond is bereikt. Vervolg regeling VHF3: Omvang subsidie: 500 woningen verduurzaamd De beschikbare continuerende subsidie is € 11,1 miljoen voor isolatiemaatregelen voor de woningeigenaren en (G)VvE’s. Looptijd regeling: 2027 tot en met 30 juni 2034 of totdat het subsidieplafond is bereikt. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
