Gemeente Westland heeft van het rijk de Specifieke Uitkering (SpUk) Lokale Aanpak Isolatie (LAI) ontvangen. Dit is deel van het Nationaal Isolatie Programma (NIP). De Gemeente Westland wil door het uitvoeren van een meerjarige aanpak zo veel mogelijk verduurzamen en woningeigenaren stimuleren tot het isoleren van de woning. De met het rijk afgesproken prestatie is 3268 woningen te isoleren voor 31-12-2028. De Gemeente heeft als doel om in 2030 geen woningen meer te hebben met energielabels D,E,F en G. Door isolatiesubsidies te verstrekken worden woningeigenaren gestimuleerd om maatregelen aan de woning te treffen om energie te besparen. • Doelgroep 1 streven is om aan minimaal 1500 isolatiesubsidie te verstrekken in de periode 2027 t/m 2028. • Doelgroep 2: circa 150 adressen per jaar
