De opdrachtnemer verricht omgevingsmanagement binnen het landelijke project Gevelisolatie van Rijkswaterstaat. Dit betekent dat bewoners en eigenaren gedurende alle fasen van het project zorgvuldig worden begeleid en geïnformeerd. De opdrachtnemer dient in hoofdzaak het volgende te verrichten: het leveren van producten om uitvoering te geven aan de stappen uit hoofdstuk 6 van het Besluit geluidhinder, inzake de medewerking van eigenaren en bewoners aan het uitvoeren van het gevelisolatieonderzoek en het treffen van maatregelen aan de gevel.
