De Aanbestedende Dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om deel te nemen aan de aanbesteding voor het leveren en onderhouden van een duiksysteem die zowel in een gesloten als semi gesloten configuratie kan opereren, ook rebreathers genoemd. - De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren en het door de Aanbestedende dienst instand kunnen houden van de duiksystemen voor een door het Ministerie van Defensie vastgestelde ELOT van 12 jaar. - De opdracht betreft het gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst kunnen leveren van gebruikers- en onderhoudsopleidingen benodigd om het duiksysteem te kunnen gebruiken en zodat de Aanbestedende dienst zelfstandig OLM, ILM en DLM onderhoud kan uitvoeren gedurende deze periode. - De opdracht betreft het gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst kunnen leveren van reserveonderdelen, gereedschappen en (indien van toepassing) softwareupdates om zelfstandig OLM, ILM en DLM onderhoud te kunnen uitvoeren. - De opdracht betreft tevens de mogelijkheid om gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst incidenteel ILM en DLM onderhoud uit te kunnen besteden bij de leverancier.
