De scope van de opdracht betreft levering van Chemviron Pulsorb WP235 poederkool voor het gebruik in de PACAS-installatie op AWZI- Nieuwe Waterweg. Er is slecht één type poederkool dat volgens het onderzoek voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. Dit betreft Chemviron Pulsorb WP235. Dit type poederkool wordt enkel geleverd door de fabrikant Chemviron. Om die reden is het niet mogelijk om concurrentie te stellen middels een reguliere (openbare) aanbestedingsprocedure. Voor meer informatie wordt verwezen naar bijgevoegd document.
