Description

De nieuwbouw moet gerealiseerd worden door het selecteren en contracteren van een (combinatie van) aannemer(s), welke in een engineeringteam een definitief ontwerp uitwerkt tot een technisch ontwerp (TO) en daarmee tevens de gelegenheid krijgt geboden het werk te realiseren. De (combinatie van) aannemer(s) is daarbij volledig verantwoordelijk voor zowel het bouwkundige als het installatietechnische deel van de opdracht. De (combinatie van) aannemer(s) werkt in de eerste fase het definitief ontwerp uit tot en met een technisch ontwerp. Na afronding van het technisch ontwerp met bijbehorende definitieve begroting zal al dan niet een contract voor de uitvoeringsfase worden overeengekomen. In de uitvoeringsfase zal de verdere uitwerking tot uitvoering gereed ontwerp en uiteindelijke realisatie plaatsvinden.
