The second type is universal tips that are sterile and equipped with filters, for volumes of no more than 2 to 200 microlitres. A further type consists of polypropylene tips that are autoclavable, transparent, graduated, filter-free and neutral, free from DNAse, RNAse, PCR inhibitors and pyrogens, universal fit, supplied without racks, with a volume of 0.1 to 10 microlitres and a length of 34 mm, and not intended for PCR use.
