Талони номіналом по 10 і по 20 літрів.Термін дії талонів не менше 12 місяців від дати поставки Покупцю.Заправка повинна здійснюватися на АЗС,що розташовані в Київській області на відстані не більше 20 кілометрів місцезнаходження Замовника. Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022р. № 1178 " Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів,робіт і послуг для Замовників передбачених Законом України " Про публічні закупівлі", на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування" , постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020р. " Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" Учасник гарантує, що не є особою, пов’язаною з державою-агресором (Російською Федерацією/Республікою Білорусь) в розумінні Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.03.2022 р. №187 (зі змінами), зокрема, кінцевий бенефіціарний власник (КБВ) та учасник не є громадянами РФ/РБ, не проживають на їх території та не є юридичними особами, створеними за законодавством РФ/РБ. Учасник погоджується, що у разі встановлення недійсності вказаного факту, його пропозиція буде відхилена, а договір розірваний
