Відпуск Товару здійснюється у мережі автозаправних станцій Продавця, який має не менше 2 (двох) АЗС на території Кіровоградської області, яка розташована на відстані не більше 36-38 км від місцезнаходження Замовника Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. У сумі договору про закупівлю повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість (ПДВ) у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. Якість дизельного палива повинна відповідати екологічним нормам ЄВРО - 5, Державним стандартам України, технічним вимогам заводу виробника та вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927)
